About Gibbs Butcher and Brews
Our restaurant was created as a butcher-to-table restaurant, a natural extension of Gibbs Butcher Block -- a high quality butcher shop specializing in certified Angus beef, Ohio pork and chicken, and hundreds of unique, gourmet sausages. We take pride in our hand-cut steaks, daily fresh ground beef, sourcing local seasonal produce, and creative daily features.
Jimmy's Place Upstairs is a 1930's speakeasy featuring live jazz, an upscale menu, varied bourbon selection, classic, and innovative cocktails.
